Our support of our students does not stop when the caps come off at high school graduation. HEAF's Alumni Program for college students and graduates includes:

• Social and emotional support for first-generation and underrepresented college students
• Linkage to summer internships and fellowships for college students
• Guidance in graduate school application and selection
• Career counseling
• Networking
• Leadership opportunities for alumni to serve as mentors, tutors and workshop facilitators

In addition, there are regularly scheduled alumni activities and networking events to help them as they move from college to graduate school or professional careers.
