Capital One’s Cycling for Good
Welcome Capital One Employees!
Join us for a 45-minute team inspired cycling charity ride class and a post-ride smoothie reception.
Capital One riders will climb hills, push fast sprints, and SWERVE to the beat of the music.
This is a Charity ride so that voice in your head that is telling you that you’re “not good enough” to ride in the front row should be silenced. It’s a dark room. It is a judgement free zone so grab a bike, saddle up, sweat it out and dance your best dance on that bike for HEAF!
After sweating it out for HEAF at Swerve, you will be thirsty. Immediately after the Spin, all riders will be treated to a reception, including a smoothie bar drink, and special remarks from both HEAF students, alumni, and staff, as well as remarks by a Capital One champion.
All Proceeds Go to HEAF. The Harlem Educational Activities Fund is an extraordinary college prep and leadership program. Since 1989, HEAF has been creating pathways to college and the professional world for nearly 600 low-income New York City minority youth each year, by providing resources that help them achieve higher education, fulfilling careers, and greater lifetime earnings. Come on out and ride for a great cause!
