Join us for the 3rd Annual Harlem Community Wellness Field Day,\u00a0<\/strong>a half day of connection, self care, fitness, and community celebration in honor of\u00a0Mental Health Awareness Month<\/b>.<\/p>\n

This collaborative event, hosted by\u00a0HEAF, StreetSquash, and the Boys & Girls Club of Harlem,<\/b>\u00a0brings together\u00a0families, students, alumni, and community members\u00a0<\/b>for an afternoon of wellness, relaxation, and fun. Designed for all ages, the day offers a chance to\u00a0relax, recharge, and reconnect<\/strong> through engaging wellness and self-care activities, interactive experiences, and a\u00a0high energy basketball game and open gym <\/strong>to close out the day.<\/p>\n
