August 10, 2015 — Brownsville native Shay Stinson, one of HEAF’s earliest alumni, was featured in the August edition of The Harlem Times. Stinson, who credits HEAF for a great deal of her success, is now a Major in the US Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps and preparing to attend the Army’s Command and General Staff School in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas.
